I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE PEOPLE WHO WERE ABLE TO MAKE ONE LAST VISIT TO THE STORE.   IT WAS GREAT TO SEE SOME FACES I HAVEN'T SEEN IN QUITE AWHILE.   I KNOW THAT IT WAS A SHORT NOTICE OF THE STORE CLOSING, AND SOME PEOPLE COULDN'T MAKE IT.   I THANK THOSE OF YOU WHO MADE ONE LAST TRIP AND ALL THAT HAVE PATRONIZED THE STORE IN THE PAST.

I HAVE NO BAD WORDS AT ALL ABOUT THE LANDLORD. HE WAS PATIENT WITH ME AND HIS PATIENCE JUST RAN OUT.   I WAS BEHIND ON THE RENT 20 OUT OF 22 MONTHS I WAS THERE, AND FALLING FURTHER BEHIND WITH EACH MONTH.   IT WAS A BUSINESS MOVE ON HIS PART, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT.

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO BEAV, WOODY, AND JEN FOR HELPING SO MUCH THE LAST FEW DAYS OF THE STORE. IF IT WASN'T FOR THEM, I DON'T THINK I COULD HAVE PULLED IT OFF. THANKS TO GREG AND SARDIE FOR THE HELPING HANDS AS WELL.

AS FAR AS THE FURTURE GOES FOR ME AND STORE IS A BIT UNCLEAR RIGHT NOW.   I HAVE INCURED A RATHER LARGE DEBT SINCE MOVING TO TORONTO, AND THAT HAS TO BE CLEARED AWAY BEFORE I START ANOTHER STORE.   I WILL BE JOINING THE WORKING CLASS AND TRY TO REDUCE THAT AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.   I AM THINKING IT WILL BE 6 MONTHS BEFORE I CAN RESURFACE SOMEWHERE WITH A STORE.

AGAIN, I THANK ANY AND ALL OF YOU WHO PATRONIZED THE STORE OVER THE 5 1/2 YEARS.   HOPEFULLY I CAN GET UP AND RUNNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Sad news today

The landlord is sending me a breach of contract against me at the store. It is for many reasons, but he has the right to do so. With this breach of contract he can legally give me a 14 day notice to vacate the premises. He did that a few days ago. I have been trying to work something out over the last few days to stay open until the end of October, but he is not buying and wants me out.

In the next 24 hours I will announce the final day the store is open, etc. This all went down today around 2pm this afternoon. So I am still in a bit of shock and totally overwhelmed with what has to get down before closing the store.

I am in debt over my head and with no store front to sell stuff out of, so PLEASE if possible in the next week and half, if you can afford to buy anything from the store, it would be greatly appreciated.
